Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
For orders shipped outside the domestic market, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. TRIVE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. TRIVE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs for returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
