You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as TRIVE is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
